There are separate packages for adult/YA, teen, and adult. There are separate packages for the teen alternate bottom, the adult/YA alternate bottom, and the elder alternate bottom. You should see the nude bottom with penis in the CAS selection panel along with the default female nude bottom, and you can click on it to select it.
You'll need a mod that lets you edit the nude outfit in CAS, like Master Controller or XCAS.
It can be used either as an accessory or as an alternate nude bottom selectable in CAS using a mod that allows editing of the nude outfit. Penis for Females: Accessory, Alternate Nude Bottom, Default ReplacementĪ penis for teen, adult/YA, and elder females.
